What official investigations have concluded

The UK’s Ministry of Defence commissioned the classified Project Condign study during the late 1990s to examine decades of British reports. Although the report discussed witness descriptions of unusual phenomena, it did not identify a distinctive acoustic signature that could reliably identify unexplained aerial events.
